By accessing or using healthaesthetics.my (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern all visitors, clinic owners, and any other users of the Site.

2. The directory is informational only

HealthAesthetics MY is an independent online directory. All information on the Site (clinic names, addresses, services, verification badges, categories, and contact details) is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, a clinical recommendation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Do not make any health decision based solely on information found on this Site. Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional.

3. Listings are not endorsements

A listing on HealthAesthetics MY does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of any provider by HealthAesthetics MY. Verification badges indicate only what has been confirmed against a specific regulatory register at the time of verification; they do not guarantee quality, safety, or the ongoing validity of a licence.

Premium or sponsored placement is a paid service. Paid placement does not affect verification tier and does not constitute an endorsement.

4. Verify the licence yourself

Licence data changes. Providers may have their licences suspended, revoked, or updated after our last verification check. Before engaging any health provider, verify their active licence directly with the relevant authority:

HealthAesthetics MY accepts no liability for any health outcome arising from failure to independently verify a provider's licence.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of listing data, but we do not warrant that information is complete, current, or error-free. Clinic details (including address, phone number, services, and operating hours) are subject to change without notice and may not reflect the provider's current situation.

If you find inaccurate data, please report it to health@agentmail.to. We will review and update within a reasonable time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape or harvest listing data in bulk without written permission; (c) submit false information through any form; (d) attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security; (e) impersonate another person or clinic.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (including page design, copy, category taxonomy, and the HealthAesthetics MY wordmark and logo) is the property of HealthAesthetics MY or its licensors and is protected under applicable Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Provider names, trademarks, and logos referenced in listings remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, HealthAesthetics MY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content, including any damages resulting from reliance on directory information for health decisions.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
